1. Research-Use Products
All products sold by Pure Peptides Australia are supplied for laboratory and preclinical research applications only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product information and specifications before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an item different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:

Where the issue is confirmed to have resulted from an error on our part or damage occurring during delivery, we may offer a replacement or refund, subject to our assessment of the circumstances.
3. Returns
Due to the nature of our research-use products, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, used, handled, or otherwise altered after delivery.
For an unopened product, please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide instructions if the return is eligible for consideration.
Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from our team.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted.
If you have changed your mind about an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The amount and timing of any approved refund will depend on the circumstances of the order and the payment provider’s processing times.
Shipping charges may not be refundable where the order has already been dispatched, except where required by applicable Australian law.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Where an order is returned to us by the carrier, please contact us so that we can discuss the available options.
8. Orders That Have Not Yet Been Dispatched
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has been processed or dispatched. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has commenced.
